(For all you Brits out there, “Three’s Company” was the American version of “Man About the House”.)
In every episode there was some kind of huge misunderstanding that led to all kinds of crazy hijinks until, finally, in the end, everyone finds themselves on the same page and has a good laugh about the whole thing.
This whole past week was one long fun-house nightmare “Three’s Company” episode. I’m glad we got all that straightened out.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled shenanigans.
I LOVED that show! I’m not kidding, I’d watch it three times a day when I was a kid. I caught a few episodes on Nick at Nite when I was pregnant with my first son- he liked to keep me up late toward the end 🙂

I watched it as a kid, too. I never liked Mr. Roper. I thought he was mean to Mrs.Roper. 🙂

I think that, as a kid who didn’t fully understand the innuendo but knew enough to know that it was kind of “dirty”, I was sort of fascinated with it. (I turned 7 a couple of months after the show aired.)

Then you shouldn’t have been watching it

No, I agree I definitely shouldn’t have been. I would never let my own little ones watch that kind of thing. It still amazes me that my mom was OK with it.

It was pretty tame but still

It was rather titillating for a 7 year old.

Loved that show… and always loved how creative they were with the misunderstandings.

I think I may have been in love with Trapper John. I even watched the spin-off, “Trapper John, M.D.” And THAT reminds me of Quincy…
