My trackbacks never show up on the challenges – but I do link the badge to the challenge URL every time. With this error, I added another link to the site in the text portion as well. I’ve never been able to paste the badge info they provide and get it to work, so I’m sure this is 100% user error!

Yay! Thanks so much for the info on the text posting… I generally avoid the text tab because the code kinda freaks me out. If the editors squawk about how I’ve been doing it, then I’ll have to suck it up and give it a go 🙂

I put it on text view, insert the code, then switch back to visual and continue as usual. Works like a charm.

I think it’s interesting that everyone assumes “she” is a ghost. The last line could be taken as though she simply opens the door and walks through it. I suppose I wasn’t ambiguous enough. (and I think that would be scarier than a ghost, really.)

The ghost in the house I grew up in would wander the halls at night. I only saw him a couple times, and was never happy about it, but I never got a sense that he wanted to do harm.
