What’s My Tune?

I am making this post because I feel happy today AND because I just remembered one of my nearly forgotten crack-squirrel-on-a-hamster-wheel ideas AND because I had a lurverly time speaking to three lurverly ladies: Louise, Melissa, and Zoe.

I feel like I am beginning to know some of you very well, but I also feel like there is so much I don’t know. It’s all there in your archives. So, I am (slowly) going to start reading those archives. It’s going to take a while, especially since I am pledged to read the ever-prolific Arthur’s enjoyable blog from the very beginning. (As a full-fledged minion–recently dubbed as such by Arthur himself–I also have commenting duties on the big comment post that, as of this writing, has 26,191 comments and ought to have broken SOME kind of record by now, and I’ve been sorely lacking in this area.)

Once I feel I know you sufficiently well enough, I am going to choose a song that reminds me of you (for one reason or another), and I am going to post it for all the world to see.

NOW. SINCE Miss Louise Collins reached 1,000 followers today AND she has only been blogging since March 4 AND because she is about to be a published author at the ripe old age of 21 AND she is the cutest duck you ever have seen ::stopping to suck some air into my lungs after that spiel:: I am dedicating the first song to her.
